If you have Wine version 7.19 and earlier installed you will see a "PDF Settings" dialog box pop-up and give you more options.From the File Chooser GUI, go to "Files of type:" and select "PDF - Portable Document Format".From the top menu, go to File -> Save as.Make sure "Use (new) "PDF.DLL" PlugIn for PDF saving" checkbox is unchecked, then click OK and OK.
I also confirmed it is broken with Wine version 7.22. The legacy PDF plugin ImPDF.dll used for saving PDF files is broken as of Wine version 7.20. Most everything appears to work normally, but I did not fully regression test with the new Wine version 7.20 and later before I downgraded to working version 7.19.
